At our Kahramanmaraş mill, we knit single jersey, interlock, rib, piqué and sweatshirt fabrics and manage dyeing, finishing, printing and laboratory work under the same production plan.

Production departments
One team follows the order from yarn to dispatch.
Yarn count and knit structure are set for the order. Dyeing, finishing and quality checks are carried out against the approved sample.

Yarn count, fibre content and blend are selected for the intended use.
Knitting
Machine gauge, knit structure and target weight are adjusted during sampling.
Dyeing
The approved lab dip is transferred to production with a recorded recipe and lot tracking.
Finishing
Width, weight, shrinkage and hand feel are checked through stenter and compactor settings.
Printing
Artwork, colour separation, fabric base and print method are reviewed together.
Laboratory
Shade, weight, shrinkage and fastness are checked on samples and production lots.
Export
Packing, labelling, lot separation and shipping documents are prepared to the order brief.

Dye laboratory
Colour work starts with a lab dip.
Send a Pantone code or fabric swatch. We prepare the dye recipe for the fabric composition and proceed after your approval.

Printed knitted fabrics
The archive holds 285 recorded designs. Colour separation, repeat and usage rights are confirmed before sampling.
