Knitted fabric manufacturer
Alteks Boya runs knitting, dyeing, finishing and printing under one production plan at its mill in Kahramanmaraş, Türkiye. Single jersey, interlock, rib, wide rib, piqué, two- and three-thread fleece, textured and jacquard structures are developed on the same site.
Integrated production under one roof
Yarn selection, circular knitting, greige preparation, dyeing, finishing, printing and laboratory control all sit inside a single production plan. Because no stage is handed to an outside party, shade, weight and width targets are tracked by one team from sampling through to bulk.
Construction engineered for the order
Machine gauge, stitch length, yarn count and feed are planned together against the target weight and usable width. A fabric name is not a specification on its own: conditioning method and tolerance are written down before production.
Repeatability from sample to bulk
An approved lab dip, a recorded recipe and lot tracking are what make a repeat order possible. Weight, width, shrinkage, spirality and fastness are checked against the values agreed for the order.
Single jersey
Single jersey is a single-bed circular knit with a smooth face and a light, fluid drape.
Interlock
Interlock is a double-knit structure in which both needle beds work together: face and reverse look alike, the edges do not curl, and opacity is higher than single jersey.
Rib
Rib alternates face and reverse wales in columns, giving an elastic structure.
French terry & fleece
Two- and three-thread constructions gain body from an extra binder yarn on the inside.

What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimums are assessed against the structure, the number of colours, yarn supply and machine loading. They are answered per project once the technical brief is complete.

Yes. Sent with a target weight, width and end use, a physical swatch lets the laboratory begin construction and colour work directly.
